Acceptable guarantees:

  1. In the event that the employee is the domicile of his salary with the bank, his salary shall be a guarantee for the payment of the Murabaha up to an amount of (18,000,000) eighteen million dinars.
  2. Any amount in excess of (18,000,000) dinars eighteen million dinars and up to (206,000,000) two hundred and six million dinars is subject to real estate mortgage guarantees and other acceptable guarantees.
    The term of the Murabaha is a maximum of 5 years from the date of financing the bank, and it is determined according to the customer’s desire.

Service Instructions:

  1. Applications are submitted via the electronic form on the website https://tamwil.iq
  2. It is required to submit a feasibility study from consulting offices approved by the Accountants and Auditors Syndicate for amounts exceeding (70,000,000) seventy million dinars.
  3. Deposit an amount of 130,000 dinars covering the administrative commissions for Murabaha, which do not exceed (18,000,000) eighteen million dinars
  4. The technical requirements of the initiative and the technical specifications issued by the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control for the components of the system approved under Annexes (1 and 2) are approved for these controls, and the supplier is obligated that all components of the system are accompanied by Certificates of Conformity (CoC) issued for each consignment by an international entity / company. Be a member of the tic-council (its website tic_council.org) for inclusion purposes. This is stipulated in the supplier contract.
  5. The Iraqi companies specialized in the field of renewable energy are selected (according to the registration permit) to implement the installation, operation and maintenance of the solar systems isolated from the electrical grid (off grid), and the bank takes the necessary measures between them and the customers and determines the required guarantees.
  6. The Iraqi companies specialized in the field of renewable energy (according to the registration license) qualified by the Ministry of Electricity according to the qualification instructions and controls issued and published on the ministry’s website (moelc.gov.iq) are entitled to implement installation, operation and maintenance operations for all types of systems (insulated and connected with the electric and hybrid network ) for the purposes of inclusion in the initiative.
  7. Companies are obligated to organize the provision of services through bilateral contracts with the bank’s client (the beneficiary).

  4. Attending to the bank and submitting the required papers and documents, along with signing the application form

1- The customer opens a bank account with the bank from one of the bank’s branches
2- Download the bank app
3- Seeing the suppliers’ products and choosing what suits them
4- Go to the supplier
5- There is no obligation for the customer with other banks
6- Choosing the appropriate system according to the salary card guarantee or other acceptable guarantees
7- Signing the order and the invoice by the supplier and the customer
8- The invoice is sent to the bank to take the necessary banking procedures
9- A message arrives to the customer alerting the need to receive the system according to the receipt and delivery
10- The schedule of installments is sent to the customer’s phone for follow-up without coming to the bank
11- The maintenance and warranty contract shall be with the supplying company throughout the Murabaha period
